Who it’s for
WyoLotto suits adults aged 18 or over who buy in person with cash and want the option of keeping a large win private. It is not for anyone who wants to buy online or by card.
How it works
WyoLotto is run by the Wyoming Lottery Corporation in Cheyenne. Wyoming law requires all ticket purchases to be cash only. It sells Powerball at $2, Mega Millions at $5, Millionaire for Life at $5, 2by2 at $1 and its own Cowboy Draw at $5. Tickets run from $1 to $5. The state file does not give a start year. See the Wyoming state page.
How it scored
Player protection, payouts and reputation each scored 7. The lottery passed the NASPL and NCPG Responsible Gambling Verification Program in March 2024 and lists a helpline, 800.522.4700. It honors anonymity requests. We found no sourced regulatory or court event.
Odds and value is the weakest at 5: the national games carry national odds, and Cowboy Draw odds are not printed on the operator page. Transparency scored 6, because the Giving Back totals and Cowboy Draw details load only through script and could not be read. Ease of play scored 6 as sales are cash and retail only; the app scans and checks tickets but does not sell them.

Our take
WyoLotto’s strengths are privacy and a clear claim process. The gaps are unreadable funding details and unpublished Cowboy Draw odds. Spending limits and self-exclusion were not verified, so set your own budget.
